  We are now in a Real Estate Buyer's Market.  The phones are ringing from Buyers asking about property and looking for homes with reduced prices and forclosures in Sanford, Lake Mary, Orlando, Kissimmee and Davenport, Florida.  Real estate zoning in Kissimmee and Davenport allows the homeowner to purchase and rent for short term or vacation rentals, lease for long term or be their residence. Uniquely, real estate short term rental zoning is limited to a small part of Orlando and Kissimmee and most of Davenport, Florida.  Because of the Buyer's market, Davenport vacation homes are some of the more desirable as most have heated pools, are spacious and are fully furnished and reasonalby priced.  Many of these homes for sale have GAME ROOMS for plenty of FUN when not at Disney World.
