I hope you enjoy my art...     Bandit painted 2/2007 Click My Schnookums Pink Spirit Cloud over Cherub "Intercession"  Painted 3/8/08 In September, 1988, I was weeping and interceding for a friend of mine and asking the Lord why do Christians seem to have so many hurts and problems all the time and instantly I could feel the presence of the Lord and I opened my eyes and here was Jesus sitting on His throne in the gray mist of a cloud and He was loudly wrenching, wailing and weeping.  I was stunned and I asked, "Why are You weeping?"  He replied, "I´m weeping for all the people who have never heard about me... I´m weeping for all those who have heard about me but don´t care to know me... and I´m weeping for all those who do know about me but don´t know me... and I´m weeping for all those who know me and won´t share me."  My heart was breaking so I asked Him what could I do right now to help? He calmly said, "Fast 40 days, Fast 40 days, Fast 40 days." And so I did.  What an AWESOME experience that was.  I started with a small prayer list  and wound up with over 2000 entries consisting of religions, nations and people which covered the whole world. I actually fasted an extra day because I wanted to get into the prison to minister the following day and the procedure takes a week to cut through the paperwork, but the Lord did a miracle and I was able to get in the following evening.  After the prison ministry, I ate half of a large pizza. © COPYRIGHTED - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED - ©

Some may wonder why I have the "AWESOME" page on my Real Estate Website so here is the short version that may answer your questions...

     Several years ago, I was working for a local Christian television station and was blessed to be able to minister to and help many people.  But I found that what the people needed most was money.  So I prayed to the Lord and said, "Lord, you raised me to be an entrepreneur and to have my own business and what your people and ministries need is "MONEY."  He then told me to pledge $5,500 to a local ministry under the condition that I would have a job where I could earn $55,000.00 or more year. 

     Although my art talent was my main source of income for me for many years, I didn´t feel that this was the direction to go now that most had computers and felt they could be their own artist.  I kept hearing thoughts ? "Go back into Real Estate - Go back into Real Estate" - and then a pastor´s wife told me that the Lord spoke to her and said that I was to go back into real estate and that they were to pay my way to get my license again.  They did, I did, and Whalah!

     The Lord spent the first 6 months hand slapping to get me to take my hands off the business.  He spoke to me and said, "If this is going to be My business then you have to take your hands off from it and let me do it or you can do it your way and STRUGGLE."  I immediately made Him my CEO and He has helped me every step of the way and working miracles. 

      My background is Art Director for Television, Advertising, Newspaper, Design and Printing.  I worked with the movie stars in Los Angeles and as well as doing the courtroom sketches for ABC and NBC in Miami.  The experience and wisdom acquired in these fields are applied to my Real Estate Business such as logo design, business cards, signs, flyers, newspaper ads, marketing and especially photography allowing me to take quality real estate photos and do the virtual tours myself. 

     Because of the many miracles that happen in my business, most love to hear about them and want to know about my CEO who performs them. 

     Several years ago I was involved in the 3^rd auto accident in 7 years - none of them were my fault ? NOT FAIR!  I was a million dollar producer in the Real Estate Business at the time and had just passed the Broker´s State Exam.   Pain was so severe that I slept in traction and was prescribed all kinds of meds which didn´t  help instead made me sick to my stomach.  The pain was so intense that it hurt to breath. I was sure that God hated me and I was going to put myself 6 feet under so that He couldn´t hurt me anymore.

     My future seemed hopeless, when a friend of mine insisted I go to a particular church because there were healings happening there.  I said, "Yah, right!"  And he firmly said, "Well, you have nothing to lose..."  I couldn´t argue with that and so I agreed.  To make a great story short, I was miraculously healed in an instant and delivered from smoking all at the same time.  The doctor said that I had brand new Baby Lungs - how cool is that? 

     This event changed my life as I found out that God didn´t hate me, but instead He loved me and unconditionally.  All I had to do was accept what Jesus Christ did on the cross for me and BELIEVE.  How difficult is that?  My desire is that everyone would know the Love of God... Can´t beat it!

     Real Estate is just a part of what my life is about and I believe that we all have many aspects that make us who we are.  I want to use all that has been given to me to be able to be a blessing to the Lord and to others.  Real Estate is a great business to be able to help others make their Dreams come true and in turn, be able to be a financial blessing to the needy around the world especially the children.  God spoke to me and said "BELIEVE BIG, I´M A BIG GOD !"  and I do.  I hope you do too.
