A very poorly orchestrated and high pressured sales campaign entrapped over 28 realtors in Central Florida as well as other parts of the nation.  Some have filed class action suits against the local TV stations and the _____Expert Campaign.

 

One of our local stations finally agreed to send all the agents their monies back and cancel the Failing Campaign.  The Lord gave me the wisdom to investigate and granted me favor to be able to get my moneys back and I knew once I had my check in hand that it would set the precedence to get the refund for the other realtors. 

 

i continued to work on getting their funds released - which included fasting and prayer - then I received help from a sent Messenger who has worked in the TV advertising business for 30 years and has CLOUT.  She is from the Detroit and after she found out what I was doing, she called and said, "Because you didn´t just take your money and run but decided to fight for the rest of the realtors, and are doing the RIGHT THING, I´m going to come and help."  She, and two others of her crew, flew to Orlando at their own expense and met with several of us.  She then called the sales manager of the local station who basically admitted that the campaign wasn´t working but he didn´t want to give all the monies back.  I told her that the only time I received action was after I contacted the General Manager and so she did the same. 

 

Several received their letters of release from their contracts yesterday and a promise of full refund. The total amount of the refund could be $700,000 or more.  God is SOOOOOO Good.  He wanted the RIGHT THING done and it happened.

It was a good thing and the Right Thing to do and the Lord guided me and all the others that helped, one step at a time and coordinated everything perfectly for a successful result.

     In this day and age, it is rare to find someone(especially in sales)(especially in Florida) that you can trust that your well being and interests are a their main concern. Yes, Yvonne likes to make money as we all do, but she will not let her clients get hurt in the process.      Yvonne Louise assisted in our purchase of land in September 2003.  Being British, and unaware of the American legal system, her expertise was vital to us.

     We found Yvonne to be totally professional, she was there every step of the way, including the signing of the contract, this took one week from initially being shown the land, by her, to the closing...a process near impossible but Yvonne did it and took care of everything.
